New partnership with Kharkiv
The Institute of Economics recently added a new partnership to its portfolio of international partnerships. An Agreement with the Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics (KhNUE) was signed. The Agreement includes an exchange of students (3 per year in each direction) and teaching staff. Students who are interested in the exchange programme should contact Christoph Weber.
The first activity of this new partnership is that Prof. Jürgen Kähler PhD and Kateryna Khorkhordina M. Sc. are taking part in a scientific conference on the topic “Economic Development and Legacy of Simon Kuznets” which takes places from 26th to 28th May at the KhNUE. Prof. Kähler is also a member of the Programme Committee of this conference.
